What are your session fees?

  • $165 for a 50 min Therapy session
  • $165 for a 60 min consultation session for current therapists

Do you take insurance?

I accept private pay at this time. I currently operate as an out-of-network provider. I can provide you with a detailed receipt, known as a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan's out-of-network benefits. Please contact your insurance carrier to see if your plan offers out of network coverage.

What can I expect from our first session?

Our first session sets the foundation for our partnership. With calm guidance, we explore why you sought therapy at this time and together we create therapeutic goals. As a guide, I will help you navigate areas for impactful skill-building and support.

How often will we meet?

Most clients find that meeting once a week at the beginning provides a reliable anchor for their progress. And many clients find that they can transition to every other week as they begin to integrate new skills. We will work together to determine a frequency that provides the right level of support and skill-building for your specific journey.

Is everything we discuss confidential?

Yes, your privacy is a cornerstone of our work. I use a HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure our sessions remain secure. However, I am legally and ethically required to break confidentiality in specific exceptions involving the protection of yourself or others, mandated reporting for vulnerable populations, or a court order. We can discuss these boundaries further during our free consultation.
