Welcome, I am happy you're here. As a seasoned therapist and lifelong learner, I bring a calm, curious presence to our work. My practice is built on deep listening and a genuine desire to understand the unique experiences, identities, and relationships that shape your life, offering a consistent, non-judgmental space to explore.
My commitment to a holistic perspective is further informed by my 200-hour RYT Yoga Teacher Training. This inspiring experience fostered a meaningful inquiry into the connection between mind, body, spirit, and the world. The training deepened my personal practice and provided tools, resources and community that I now weave into both my therapeutic approach and my life off the mat.
To cultivate my own sense of balance, I meditate, practice yoga, and spend time in the woods with my yellow lab, hiking, cross-country skiing, or walking through the sugarbush. I also love reading, creative pursuits, and time with friends and family.
